I don't think that she should replace Sasuke for the purposes of this list. You could say that Sakura is a prodigy in the field of medical ninjutsu though, because she does have great chakra control and learns quickly. And she is pretty smart if you compare her to the other kunoichi her age.

She learns jutsu instantly, tree climbing, Katsuyu summoning, remote healing. Ect.
She was able to enhance her speed without any prior training in her fight with Ino.
And when she finally was trained as a medic, she was able to replicate jutsu that even the best medic couldn't.

No one is wanking Minato here.If anything he is being underrated here.He is portrayed to be stronger than Orochimaru as well as Jiraiya.Jiraiya who is clearly familiar with Hiruzen,Nagato,Itachi,Kakashi,Sasuke and Orochimaru still considers Minato as a rare genius.Even Tsunade considers him as a genius and decided to let Naruto join the war without a second thought right after learning the fact that Minato belived in Naruto.Itachi considers him as a great man and even SO6P of all people says that he is excellent and has alot of potential.Kakashi Hatake one of few people that strikes your brain when you thought of prodigies considers Minato to be an unsurpassble shinobi.

He is the youngest hokage in history and He is the only one to achived that level of strength at such an young age without borrowed powers and a spoon feeding clan.He is one of two shinobi to fight Kyuubi along with an Uchiha and still managed to stop them.He is the only one to fight Obito Uchiha and won in a fair one on one battle with 0 intel where as Obito has full intel on Minato.Fastest of all time and one shinobi to have flee on sight orders.
