Not really an asspull when you consider that as a kid he was reading the Uchiha tablets and numerous other documents regarding the founding of the village and just the shinobi world in general. If anyone found forbidden weapons other than Oro that was alive during this series, it might as well be Itachi.

It was more of an asspull when Minato used BM mode w/o training for weeks on end like Naruto did. Or when Madara materialized susanno without eyes.

I don't think that she should replace Sasuke for the purposes of this list. You could say that Sakura is a prodigy in the field of medical ninjutsu though, because she does have great chakra control and learns quickly. And she is pretty smart if you compare her to the other kunoichi her age.

She learns jutsu instantly, tree climbing, Katsuyu summoning, remote healing. Ect.
She was able to enhance her speed without any prior training in her fight with Ino.
And when she finally was trained as a medic, she was able to replicate jutsu that even the best medic couldn't.
