So why are you saying it's not gonna happen?
Well, it might be a surprise for you, but people not always make threads with some ideas, regardless of how stupidity or genius (choose what is more to your taste) to prove their ligitimacy to someone, but to see others' oponions on the matter, which make your view of the matter wider and closer to being a fact.
While the idea had crossed my mind, since I'm able to think (which I hope you are able to do as well), I've realized that this is very stupid and probably won't happen pretty fast. Partly the reason was your trying to prove that Kaguya and Hinata are similar, which, in fact, is not true. They are not similar in a way which could lead us to the conclusion that Hinata is a reincarnation of Kaguya, which is the only case where their conversation would make some sense.
Yes, they are
a bit similar in their appearance (as I remember, you've used arguments like her gender, her being a noble and byakugan). But those are irrelevant when it comes to NV's concept of reincarnation. Neiter Sasuke or Naruto look even a bit similar to Ashura and Indra. The parallel is in personalities, ideals and fate. Hinata has nothing in common with Kaguya in any of those traits - you had admited it yourself last time we had a conversation about it.
Not to mention that, regardless of how much you do like Hinata, he still is not a main character. Talking to Kaguya certainly is more, let's say, impressive feat than talking to her son, which Naruto and Sasuke performed. If you use simple logic, a side character most certainly won't be able to attain it.
You probably won't reply as usual, but still I hope that you will at least read it and think a bit
