Why are so many people hating on Hinata?

I wonder why Kishi gave Kaguya Byakugan. I hope he tells us soon.

Hinata's meeting Kaguya. I am sure of it. There's no reason why kishi would have Hinata faint AND leave many unanswered questions even now, since hagoromo is leaving

Well Hinata had to faint so Sakura could be alone on the sand with Naruto. If Hinata had gone with, she would have been by Madara and she's not a main character so she shouldn't fight Madara head on at all. Also, they are people depending on Hinata to tell them what's currently happening. So All in all, she fell because of the plot. She might not do anything special at all at this point. I think it was an excuse to keep her off the sand. I do, however want her to meet Kaguya so badly. I would be so happy if she did.I' just saying that it makes no sense to the plot if she did. It's not the right time Byakugan development to happen. It should have happened already. Although, there is a lot of hype within the Manga created around Hinata. She was about to give her life for Naruto, her cousin steps in ad dies, she has that awesome encouraging moment with Naruto, Madara even speaks about her in a bubble. She faints. Just the fact that she was in the front-line next to Naruto at a stage is also noteable. She is getting a bit more attention than other K11 members with the exception of team 7 of course. Surprisingly enough, it's probably more panel time than Rock Lee who's Sensei is about to die.

Whatever it is, its clear she's meeting her. Kishi left so many unanswered questions, yet hagoromo is now leaving, who will answer these? Its gonna be Kaguya.

Lets see now;

We still don't know if the Byakugan is kaguya's natural eye.
We still don't know how the hyuga clan formed.
We still don't know how the uzumaki clan formed.
We still don't know the relation between Kaguya and the shinigami.
We still don't know why Kaguya didn't fight juubi herself.
We still don't know how kaguya's ET came to an end.
We still don't know the relation between hagoromo, his brother, and Kaguya.
We still don't know the origins of the rennigan (was hagoromo born with it or did it mutate?)
We still don't know what the "secrets of the Byakugan" are.

Notice how a lot of these deal with Kaguya or the Byakugan? Its clear she's gonna be the one to explain her own life and her own eyes, just as hagoromo did.

You can't blame Hinata for that. I'm a Hinata fan, she's my favourite character but I don't hate Sakura. I think she's a cool character, she just isn't my favourite. Hate on those other fans, not on the char.

I believe Hinata will meet Kaguya-Hime


I believe this because Hinata too lost consciousness like the two back in chapter 662. All three went down one after another. First Naruto, then sasuke, and finally Hinata.

And lets be honest, Hinata fainting over a trip is pretty unrealistic, unless of course, it was for the sake of plot, and by that I mean, meeting Kaguya.

There’s also the fact that Kaguya would be the perfect character to reveal the long awaited history of not only the hyuga but also the uzumaki clan, seeing her connection to the Byakugan and Uzumaki’s RDS. She could explain the creation of the cursed seal, jyuuken, the RDS, fuinjutsu, and other things related to the hyuga and uzumaki.

Hell, I wouldn’t even be surprised if it turned out that Kaguya was the one who developed jyuuken. I mean, she was a power hungry woman, so it would make sense for her to be the one who would exploit and take advantage of the Byakugan’s visual capabilities and chakra control enhancements.

Kishimoto also said some time ago that we would get development for the hyuga clan, and its clear from the looks of it, the revelation of Kaguya possesing Byakugan is merely the beginning of this development. Of course, it would only make logical sense for Hinata, the only relevant Hyuga character, to play a role in this development, especially with Neji no longer being around [unfortunately]. And when one considers her role as future clan leader, this further supports the idea.

Hell, this may very well be the reason lion fists has been delayed for all this time; its going to be used after Kaguya and Hinata’s meeting.

There is however, a difference in their ideologies in that, as Neji once said, Hinata wishes for harmony and peace by avoiding using power and kindness instead (much like Naruto and ashura) while Kaguya believes in using force and power to bring peace even if that means ridding herself of kindness (like indra and Madara). I think this will play a role in the sense that Kaguya will regret what happened to her and would want Hinata, her successor, to correct this.

Considering kishimoto’s trope of scary mothers with gentler sides (ex: Kushina), I wouldn’t put it past him to show a more motherly and loving side of Kaguya. This idea is supported even further when one considers, that, at this point, we only know Kaguya as an evil witch; and going by villains like Nagato, Neji, sasuke and Obito, its clear kishimoto isn’t the kind if author to paint his villains in a single color [of darkness], so I think we will see her side if the story. After all, she’s still mostly a mystery at this point

That's what I thought too but after that Sakura v Hinata thread, there was way more hate for Hinata. It was like on a whole nother level/

All I said was Hinata has more of an influence on Naruto. That's not bashing. How is that an insult to Sakura. I'm under the impression that she still likes Sasuke. So why should she even need to have a huge influence on Naruto. I was just tryna show that a non-main char can influence Naruto more than a main char. No hate against Sakura, I think she's a pretty cool char anyway
