Part 1 artwork was great....part 2 not so much. Or maybe I feel like it because part 2 storyline is so meh.

You can see a HUGE diffirence in his artwork from early part 1 to later chapters and now. His early work was more sketchy, and not unifrom, but his work now is way better more solidness so to say and orginization. If only the same thing can be said about the animation >_>. Seriously those guys made Gai Hiroudora look like a bear instead of a tiger.

Yeah, there is a good difference from the parts. And for animation...yeah that's a concern. Lol I'm going to go see Guy's Hiroudora.
