This statement from Orochimaru it will never happen....
Even with his last upcoming Power-Up (max.Rinnengan! and 100% no flying PS ) Sasuke can not beat Madara or surpass him in anything 
.
He has only more Power than Madara for his age :eww:
But in the end Madara is unreachable.
Sasuke will not become stronger in future, even when he is 17. How he could get more power ?He has reached his limit of Power.
Nobody who is still alive can surpass Madara, only Kaguya Otsutsuki would defeat him alone and probably Hagoromo (I'm not so sure about this Point, cuz Hagoromo dont have any Art of Sharingan while Madara has EMS & PS ,
i don't know:erm: I think they are minimum equally strong,of course if Madara has both of his eyes ).

The discussion about ,,who is stronger'' from Naruto & Sasuke is funny and brutal =D
Sasuke was since Part 1 better in almost everything as Naruto.Sasuke was for a very long time the better one. Now finally years later with the help of his friends and a lot of work, Naruto surpass him. Where the hell is the problem? I don't understand that. Naruto is already a hero , the savior of konoha . Everyone admires him like once Sasuke.
And Sasuke is still a Nukenin. Just because everyone trusts Naruto is Sasuke still alive.
Then he comes to the battelfield and says ,, he will be came a true Hokage and be better than others ''haahah wtf
Man how arrogant you must be to say something like that,after all what he has done.He really believes everything is just forget.He do not even care what others say(Shikamaru etc), and he wants to become hokage U_U
The friends he has,are just stupid that they still stay with him,especially Karin .
Sasuke has only three stalker , and Naruto.No one will ever accept him like Naruto.
Maybe he will be the Kage of Taka :yeah:
Many User take as argument that Kishi wanted to make them both equally, and that on one damn page. Not really convincingly :yeah: That Hagoromo also talk to Sasuke ,it could also mean that he dont wanna made the same mistake twice. This scene means nothing 100%.
Just because Kishi has showed them on a par at this one situation,it does not mean that they are equally in anything.
This is just a cheap excuse of Sas Fans , because they can not accept that finally Naruto is stronger.

Sasuke= Indra's Chakra/Hagoromo's Power Up (Rinnengan?)/PS

And please do not argue with some things from Part 1 .
It's just ridiculous, we all know Sasuke was better in Part 1.
At the end,is just Naruto the Child of Prophecy with the blue eyes,and he will change the world.
Now , Madara is the strongest Ninja and when he will get his second eye, he will be even stronger.
Obito without Kurama will probably lose the control to Black Zetsu,or a little bit later. And this is how Madara will get his Rinnengan.
Remember , when Black Zetsu still Kurama from Minato ( Plot!! )only after that action, Obito has the control of him.
The Power of MADARA UCHIHA is unbelievably : Juubi-Jinju/Sennin Mode/EMS/PS/Rinnengan/Mokuton ..he missing only the Fruit as a Power--Up =D
The Fights are too much form him ..5 Kage/Edo Kage / Naruto / Killer Bee / Bijuus (only 1 Hit) / Sasuke ( 1 only Sword Hit )
He is so strong cuz of Plot,he has stolen the power bla bla bla
it does not matter...Kishi wrote it so, deal with it!
And at the incoming Fight , Sasuke/Naruto will need more support then ever.
They have alone no Chance , he would kill them again again and again.
Madara = Naruto / Sasuke(with incoming Power-Ups)
Madara with 2 Rinnengan > Naruto / Sasuke(with incoming Power-Ups)
Madara>Naruto
Madara>Sasuke
Madara< just because Gai 8 Gates has already weakened Madara /Sasuke/Naruto/Minato/Kakashi/Gaara/ Team Taka (?)
