I think the father of Hogoramo is Reaper Death Seal............

Asexual reproduction ftw or Kishi will reveal him later. Seriously he still has some explaining to do like Hagoromo's brother, Hagoromo's dad and why does Hagoromo need the fan(one of the treasured tools) when he has Rinnegan which controls all elements.

I think the fan not only gives all 5 elements, but the attacks with it are more powerful than naturally can be done. Why would TenTen start destroying with them otherwise?

That's another possibility! Maybe Hagoromo's father was the evil one out of the family and Kaguya was forced to kill him in the end.

In truth, we will never know who the father was until Kishi reveals it. Which I hope he does in the next few chapters!
