I dont see him dieing. The fact is that even if everything is extracted from him, he would still be alive, like obito. Currently the only people wjo stand a chance are sasuke and naruto. Likely madara will heal after the fight with gai, so right now they are just holding him back from killing all of them till naruto and sauce gets there. When they get there they have to ext8 the demons first so thats were most of there energy will go, after that everyone will be exhausted, so then is the time to seal him.

It's a fitting punishment. Madara wanted to be ruler of the world, the last with the strongest chakra, He lied to obito about Infinite Tsukiyomi.
He should therefore be the Last one in Obito's world, In the Infinite Tsukiyomi.

i think this is history reapiting itself in a way...Naruto and Sasuke(Indra & Ashura) will also be fighting against the Juubi in a Human form (Madara)...in other words The 2 brothers(Indra & Ashura)will be united and then Peace shall be found!!!
