ermm yes he is, when naruto went sage mode that is when he gave the final blow, raikage didn't cause any damage to him, base naruto wasn't enough and kcm didn't have the sensing level of sage mode. if sage mode wasnt on the 3rds level then sage mode would not have been the mode to beat him

yes naruto had help in the fight but it was naruto who noticed the scar which meant there is a weakness and he was only confirming what he had thought might have happened

so i think its save to assume dsm naruto would beat him as it would have the speed of dm and the sensing of sage mode
