[Naruto Game] Naruto Shippuden 3D: The New Era

There's a 3DS game that was supposedly released called Naruto Shippuden 3D: The New Era, but I've never found it anywhere. I remember a trailer being made for it, and I found a page for it on the Naruto Wiki, but that's really it. Does anyone know what happened to it? The Naruto Wiki says it was released 3 years ago, even though I haven't found it for sale anywhere. When I registered my copy of Naruto: Powerful Shippuden with Club Nintendo, it was referred to as Naruto Shippuden 3D: The New Era. Did they scrap that one and replace it with Powerful Shippuden? Sorry to ask such a long question, but I've been really curious about this for a long time now, and I've love to get an answer.

I looked around a bit, and I found it on the UK page for Amazon. It looks like the game was never released outside of Japan and the UK... That explains why I could never find it.
