Sasuke will definitely get the Crescent Moon staff, but he won't get clothes like Hagoromo. He has nothing to do with the Tailed Beast, and we all know that these clothes belong to the Juubi's Jinchuriki, so most likely Naruto will get them, but not Sasuke. I believe that there will be some change in his appearance though, beside the staff.
