Does anyone of you played HoN? there is a character there, as i remember it is puppet master, he has this skill that binds the enemy on a area and when the enemy tries to get further, he will drag to the middle again... i would like to have a jutsu like that. and it will be a Raiton!

Raiton: Electric Binding
the jutsu is done with a 2 kunais, in which where it has a lightning "thread" that links that 2 kunai.
