4. Tobirama/Minato - tying at the fourth place... they both have speed and cool looks, especially Uncle Second's eyes XD
5. Gaara - lastly, this young man, the Golden Child among the Gokage, he is really a worthy Kage after all and one of the coolest character in the series.
