PS: Naruto will be able to get 1 Tail and Sasuke can use his Cursemark like both of them did in their fight.

Everyone (except Obito, obviously) in the Narutoverse can ONLY use abilities from part 1; Kakashi, Itachi, Kisame, Kimimaro, Sasuke, Naruto, Sarutobi, Orochimaru, Tsunade, etc, etc.

Obito no diff. The strongest character we knew back in part 1 was Orochimaru with his weakened Hokages that even Old Hiruzen beat.

OT:

Shikaku is merely Gamabunta level. Itachi doesn't have Susano'o and has fearless Amaterasu. Kisame is weaker than Jiraiya. Jiraiya doesn't have Sennin Mode. Orochimaru's arms are sealed. Rock Lee's speed is nothing to Naruto. Gai has no Gates feats. Kakashi has no
Mangekyo.

I'm thinking Obito stomps.

If Part 1 includes only feats from that part, and not, say, Hashirama's Shippuden feats, because he appears in both parts, then I'd say Obito takes this one. Minato is the only one there who can really do anything meaningful, but in Part 1 he didn't have any feats.

Itachi didn't show Susano'o in Part 1, so he isn't much of a factor.

So character can only use part 1 feats. Then Obito wins pretty easily. Only problem would be Itachi genjutsu. Some TBBs should do it and if he is having trouble he can summon the Juubi and turn into the jinchuuriki and #turn up.
