Well it seems like you only care to mention the bad and not the good, but I guess it's not uncommon to do that. People tend to only remember the bad and not the good. Let me show you a video of a cop doing good and doing what he's suppose to do.

Ok one last video. If cops were as corrupt as you seem to be implying, then prison inmates would want to harm him/her for unlawfully persecuting them, right?

Well I guess cops must be pretty nice for inmates saving their lives.
Cops for the most part are doing the right thing. Yes, you will always find a video of them doing something they are not suppose to be doing, but that doesn't they are all corrupt. As I said before, people tend to remember the bad rather than the good. You won't see many videos on the news about cops helping other people, rather you will see coverage of them only doing something terrible which tends to make society think badly of them. You can easily relate this to Naruto. The Uchia weren't bad people, but because they were in charge of police force, people were afraid of them.
