Naruto storm revolution new characters?

Sup bros.
Ok now every since storm revolution released new info on shisui uchiha being in the next game. It kind of mind blew me because i never would have thought of shisui being in a naruto game. The developers said that they're going to add characters that never been in a naruto game before. And that they'll bring other characters back as well.

So it had me thinking who could or will they add next? And i also want to know who you all think will be in the game. And who you personally want in the game.

Kabuto's is fine! I play as him all the time. I'm sure Hashi and Tobirama will get new movesets though.
