Can Kakashi use Izangi and Izanami?

Well Kakashi has MS but he isn't an uchiha. Can he use Izangi or Izanami?

No you don't cause it's been around for a while. Infact one was made to counter the other one. Plus Itachi used one of them.

OP- I don't think Kakashi is skilled enough to do it you have to have more than just a MS. But then again Kakashi has surprised me many, many times.

Not really, it was explained that the time for Izanagi differs between user, Danzo used Senju DNA to try to prolong the time.

OT: he might be able to use Izanagi, after all Danzo used it, but Izanami is a little different he might not be able to use that, i think, but i'm not sure

Thats why Dazno with 10 sharigans used the technique for 10 mins...... Izanagi with senju Dna lasts 1 minute.

Izanagi no, because you require both senju and uchiha DNA to use it, as Danzu and Obito showed and as Obito stated.

Izanami possibly because Itachi was able to use it and didn't have Senju DNA. However, I doubt it would have much of an effect if he did, assuming he even knows of it or knows how to use it.

Madara has Hagoromo's form and chakra and thus probably the onmyouton (yin-yang release). The original form of Izanagi that created the bijuus, manipulates reality and dispels all jutsus that Obito used and the only thing that beats that is senjutsu. Furthermore, Izanami only works on those who do not accept themselves or their ideals, and Madara accepts himself. At least that's how Itachi used it. He said it was originally meant to counter Izanagi and nothing else so what would be the point of using it, unless of course it can counter onmyouton, which I doubt it can.

Why would Obito lie to Konan wen he has her in a position where he can kill him. Konan would have died anyway so Obito has no reason to lie. And the matter is irrelevant for Konan.

OT: You NEED Senju DNA. That is the requirement. Izanagi is suppose to be a combination of the two powers Senju and Uchiha. Obito makes it clear.
