I get that. It's just annoying to me. Sasuke and I got the exact same information at the exact same time. That it turns out that clan murdering devil was a good guy the whole time, and that all he wanted was to protect his home and little brother. I react to that by thinking how great and awesome Itachi truly was, and Sasuke, in my eyes, reacts in the polar opposite way. While claiming how great and awesome Itachi is, Sasuke was taking a huge dump on Itachi's grave by doing what he did.
But that's me, from my personal view as a reader. I have not put myself in Sasuke's shoes because I cannot comprehend what I'd do in his shoes. I may do what he did, may not. But from my non-insane reader's perspective, I tell which choice was the right choice. Sasuke did not make the right choice to me.
