No I don't think he can beat BM Naruto. But he does defeat the majority of NB up to the Kages. But Healthy Itachi with Yata mirror & Sword of Totsuka practically makes him invincible.

He doesn't even have an attack that can break ribcage sussano..plus he can ftg all he wants but he has a chakra limit to so alive minato is not even debatable and Bm minato is oros pet so really he doesn't exist minato will never pass the top 15 barrier

Pretty much this. When comparing the Itachi we saw, he beats alive Minato (Minato had no BM then). But Edo Minato w/ BM defeats Itachi.
