part 1 animation far better than shippuuden?

i am just rewatching part 1 for nostalgic reasons,and i noticed that the animation quality,the music and the drawings are far better than shippuuden why is this?

It was more consistent in animation (Shippuden's is good most of the times but sometimes it's shitty), but Shippuden's animation is way better on it's good episodes. Watch most the Madara fight again

Because for making part 1 they had no so rush of making episodes. The manga was far ahead of the anime, and they had enough time to animate episodes.

yes the madara was a boss one in a very long time, the obito killing those mist ninja had very good animation as well, but overall the animation is shitty compared to part one

I think they paid way more attention to production backe then. I mean who else is sick of hearing the same soundtrack every episode of late besides the filler. The producers need to switch it up more
