Why Obito felt the need to pull out the chakras of Hachibi and Ichibi?
True, he knew that Naruto didn't have these two chakras. But still, if Yin Kurama suggested him that then it could have been better.

It feels like a plothole because Obito thought of it without any reason behind it. Like, what will be the purpose of the bijuus' chakra. What's the need in taking a risk to pull them out of Madara? Instead just go back to Kamui dimension and save Naruto, right?
Kurama could have said a perfect reason to ATLEAST pull Hachibi's and Ichibi's chakra instead of all the Bijuus.

What do you think?

Obito deduced what chakra was missing from Naruto from the tug of war he had with the alliance as to why we have to wait for the next chapter.
You guys overuse the term plothole for no reason at all.

Before the juubi went into Obito it could tell which of the bijuu chakra were inside naruto as stated by Madara. So when Obito went juubito maybe he could see the same thing.

Sorry, but like I said, why Obito took the risk of attacking Madara? Only to get his hands on the hachibi's and ichibi's chakra because Naruto lacked those? What would have happened if Madara killed Obito right there without giving him any chance to Kamui and go and save Naruto?
That's why I said, if Kurama would have had suggested that with a strong reason then the risk could have been helpful.

This isn't a plothole! A plothole is something in the plot that was left unexplained or made no sense!

Obito knew what Naruto was missing from fighting him. Just wait a few days for the update and see what happens!

because obito saw that naruto needed the hachibi and shukaku chakra in order to defeat madara or atleast be able to pull the bijuu's out him like he did obito.

Kurama gave advice to Gaara. Kurama advice was to take Naruto to his father who has the other half (Yin) of Kyuubi and seal it into Naruto. However, Zetsu took the Half (Yin) Kyuubi from under Minato..... Extracting the Ichibi and Hachibi was Obito's alternate method. It was probably theorized (refer to scan posted above).

Obito knew what he had to do, despite the risk or a small chance of it actually working, depending on the help of the others to get the job done.

He couldn't just stand there going "Well I don't have the OK" because their lives are already at stake and they'd die regardless.

Nah it's not a plot hole, it's something that hasn't yet been expained, when naruto wakes up and speaks to Obito, the latter will probably tell that he was following Kurama's advice.
