Why did my Karin thread get deleted?

Why don't you mods actually reprimand the trolls who insult people for their opinions instead of closing threads where someone is trying to make a point or generate discussion.

By that logic any criticism could be considered bashing. I was just making a comparison between Karin and the Sasuke fandom and some people didn't like it and decided to flame me. It's not like I was mindlessly bashing a character.

There is where the rule breaking was shown. They caused the thread to be deleted. You should ask a Moderator/Adminstraion about the thread instead of publicly questioning their "decision or ruling". It only make things worst. They could have sympathize with you and reopen your thread, but you end up bashing them in return.

I didn't even get an explanation. I just saw my thread disappear. I don't even know who the mods are around here, haven't talked to one yet so I'm not sure how to get a hold of them. I don't think it's fair if someone puts effort into a thread then it gets closed/deleted just because a few *******s come into the thread and troll/insult people. I was making a point to ignore them and not get involved in a flame war but the mods still got rid of it.

No my thread wasn't provocative just because you didn't like it. The trolls who were insulting me were the problem. Most of the people who disagreed with some of the things that I wrote at least did so civilly.

Thanks, I really did try finding them a couple of days ago but couldn't. And I didn't compare two fandoms, I was talking about how I thought Kishi intended Karin to represent the Sasuke fandom. Then went on to list some of the similarities between them. It was a theory more than anything. A theory that I felt very strongly about.

Any thread can be considered offensive or upsetting to someone. To all those who were offended by it I say toughen up. If I could take all the mindless insults I received then you guys can at least let me share my opinion.
