Intel: Each can measure each other's power levels (May or may not matter)
Intent: To kill

I personally think that juugo has the advantage in natural energy seeing as he can transform instantly, while naruto doesn't take too long, but has to cease all movement. We haven't seen much of juju go but when transformed, he's a pure killing machine. However, I think naruto wins mid-diff.

Lmao not really isn't a counter. Jugo does it naturally, naruto had to train to be able to do it. Jugo's boost pales in comparison? Not only does his whole body completely change, but his personality does too.
