[Discussion] Is there anything special about Naruto?

I mean Naruto is the protagonist of the manga Series called Naruto, but after all this time i am starting to realize that naruto has nothing special its all about Him and Sasuke being on the same level, even at 671 I thought only Naruto talked with the sage which makes him special but the Sage is also talking to Sasuke, which is completely absurd and we can guess that Naruto and sasuke will have Power on the same level, WTF happened to the Child of prophecy the one that will play with the Beasts inside him?
But why is the sage giving naruto AND sasuke a powerup? the Sage should solely give his powers to sasuke and give naruto nothing except the beasts.

I'm not hating on naruto but I'm actually pointing out the inability of the author to make the main character stand out amongst other inferior characters...

but that will only make him weak in comparison with sasuke, I saw this thread in which Sasuke fanboys say that naruto needs both the beasts and sage power to match with sasuke, where for sasuke the sage power will suffice but I think the sage didn't even give him shit because he just told Sasuke that he will give his power to sasuke, didn't even mention giving naruto HIS power. and the picture was parallelism between Sasuke and Naruto.

thats just what fapboys do. if they do both end up with the sage's powers and naruto has the bijuu as well that won't be naruto needing them to be on par w/ sasuke, he'll just be above him, then after madara's defeated he may set em free and then him and sasuke will be on par again.

I agree with this and the OP honestly. I too, am not hating on Naruto. I thought he was special when he dawned that Kyuubi chakra mode and the special BM look. Find out later Minato can do it, and that this was all from Ashura's reincarnated spirit. Sasuke is just as "special" as Naruto too?

Everything that made Naruto "special" to begin with got reguritated in his dad and Ashura making it not so special. I blame Kishi for this as well and not Naruto or Sasuke or any of the other characters in the manga.

How is Naruto not special? Becoming the strongest ninja in the world without a kekei genkai is a amazing feat.

Just take a minute to examine the sage's prophecy. Naruto will lead the beasts.

You do know what the tailed beast are right? Naruto is going to lead the progenitor of the shinobi world- how is that not special. Naruto is going to end up being "buddy buddy" with his verses god- the only individual to do so. What does Sasuke have on that?

Lets say you were best friends with god- does that not make you special? Naruto is going to teach the beasts about true power. Essentially, Naruto is teaching a god.--

Saying Naruto and Sasuke are currently equal is nonsense.

Here is what happened in the Manga:

Naruto provides kyubi chakra for alliance
Sasuke comes in.
Sasuke is amazed by Naruto's ability
Sasuke needs juugo in order to enter sage mode
Naruto and Sasuke fight "evenly" using susanoo and BM

Manga fact-- Juugo + Sasuke is = BSM naruto while naruto is simultaneously sharing chakra with entire alliance. So, Sasuke with a buff is = a Naruto that is not operating at full capacity.

How do people forget the fact that Naruto evenly matched Sasuke while providing chakra to the entire alliance.

Sasuke is still weaker than naruto ... He is a suicide character who will die then to lose to naruto making the fight meaningless for naruto ...
All bijuus , hagoromo chakra , sage mode , its too much
What does sasuke have susanoo n nothing
