Well, I like to discuss about this before you guys comment, AND you guys will somehow come up with Itachi's Yata Mirror, right? Then I want to say this first before that.
1. Like the other techniques granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan, the user's eyes and body are strained while using Susanoo because it consumes a large amount of their chakra. Sasuke and Itachi described it as feeling pain in every cell in their bodies which only grew from prolonged use.
2. Tsunade was able to break Madara's Susanoo with her power also known as her strength, and so by that Guy can pierce through it with his 7th Gate punch or whatever similar.
3. However, there is also known methods of attacking the user while Susanoo is active are to draw the wielder out of the technique and then attack, bind and restrict its movements, or to break the defence with overwhelming force. Susanoo users are also vulnerable to attacks which don't actually deal physical damage to it, such as strong lights and sounds, which can also impair their ability to sustain Susanoo.
So, I think that if Guy using his speed and go behind Itachi's Susanoo, AND use Hirudora BEFORE Itachi can react, then his Susano will break. Itachi is smart and he can cast Genjutsu whenever he wants too, however the manga already stated that Guy can fight any Sharingan users in one vs one battle. I am NOT talking about Guy vs Itachi fight, BUT I want to make sure that you guys have any thoughts about this, because Hirudora relies on massive power that can pierce through almost anything.
Like I said, Guy doesn't need to use Hirudora against Yata Mirror, but he can use it from behind Susanoo, just like from the side against Madara's Susano. Anything can happen if Guy attacks since it explode after that.
