I've been overweight my whole life, but in the end of november i got completely motivated to lose weight. I was 108kg back in The end of november, and in the beginning of february i was/ still am 82-83kg. 25kg in 2.5 months. After i lost the weight i realized i had totally loose skin, i can stretch my skin a lot, i'm like Luffy xD. So my question to you guys is, how do i grt rid of the loose skin? Will my skin adapt to my current weight? How long will it take? Thank you

Check google, man lol

But some ways I know

1. Surgery
2. Start eating fruits and veggies that help your skin
3. Sometimes it adapts to you, but CAN take several months

Congratulations on the weight-loss. Unfortunately, I don't know how to help your skin.

Depends on your age. Around about the 20's your skin starts to lose it's elasticity. Other things like eating healthy will definitely help, but if you're still young, it should "shrink" to your new weight.

What doesn't help is you saying you can stretch it like Luffy, cause that implies you've been stretching it. If you keep that up it will definitely cause damage to the skin, whether or not it's permanent I don't know.

Convert it into muscle mass. Then you'd be a stretchy buff guy.

Building muscle is one way to compensate for your loose skin. Also, instead of storing fat, it'll be used for your muscle developing. Other than that; just eat healthy and organic, avoid puking as you did.

Like others said- a great way to help mitigate loose skin is to gain muscle mass. What happens is that as your muscles expand your excess skin will conform to it. Loose skin won't go away unless if has somewhere to go, or if your young/have good skin then their is a decent possibility that after a few months of maintaining normal weight it will return to normal.

If it doesnot go away after a extended period, it may never return to "normal" however it will get better/normalize. If you have a lot of excess skin- and you really want to get rid of it- from my experience the only way is through surgery.
PS: As a guy similar to you ( no loose skin but strecth marks all over) I can say that usually, people with loose skin think its worse than it actually is. It's confidence that's attractive the truth is that typically little else matters.

Congratulations on losing weight,
Best Regards- I hope you find a way to deal/accept loose skin and find a way to be confident with yourself!
