Naruto can't possibly obtain a Rinnegan as he doesn't have a doujutsu to begin with, so even if the Sage gives him some of his power, he'll only obtain all non-eye related enhancements whereas Sasuke gets eye and non-eye (body) power ups. Will Sasuke get CoAT and oneshot Madara?

Rinnagen is as much ashura as it is Indra because its the combination of both so naruto could very possibly get rinnagen with that being said I don't think he will get rinnagen
