Fort Hood had an active shooter on the base earlier today. He was killed about 10 minutes ago (reported, time may fluctuate)
Second shooter in less than 5 years.
Thoughts?

Update (7:25 EST): Officials at Fort Hood say that there is only one shooter and he is confirmed dead.
Update (7:20 EST): Eight injured, 4 critically.
Update (7:15 EST): One suspect is confirmed dead.
Update (6:54EST): One suspect in custody, authorities are in pursuit of another suspect. Unconfirmed, 1 dead, 8 injured.
Update (6:45EST): SWAT has arrived on scene.
Update (6:28EST): Shooting is confirmed by Fort Hood. Suspect is described as white male driving a grey Toyota Camry, but not confirmed. Fort Hood has requested that all personnel stay sheltered in place.
