You can't have one stronger when they are both getting the power of the sons so unless Kishinev does some bs like make naruto a Juubi Jin. In my opinion they will continue to be equal because it would be stupid to just to give them the power as equals then make one stronger They will both make peace as equals because if naruto gets stronger then sasuke will end fighting naruto then one will die and the cycle of hatred happens again In someone else

1) The chakra has been used to pull the Bijuu from the Juubi's Jin, and will probably continue to do so, in that same vein.

Exactly... Naruto and Sasuke cannot co-exist without each other than any difference on between Sun and Moon, Light and Darkness and especially Yin and Yang. They always balance each other.
