Eversince last week's chapter came out, and with it, the reveal that the sage had a second brother, and that he had 1 half of the Jubbi's chakra, I always thought that there could be a new antagonist for Naruto. We never really got too much information about the brother, but I believe that the brother might still be alive, and at some point, take the Jubbi's chakra to become the full 10 tailed jinjuriki.

Since Viz proved he didn't have the Juubi means that he probably wouldn't appear again. Unless he was the one who sealed the Juubi in Hagoromo and has connection with the Uzumaki clan.
