• She trained with Lee in Taijutsu and can use Gōken Taijutsu at the same level as SRA Lee and can open the first and second Gates
  
• Taking her evasion training more seriously she started wearing leg weights like Lee, Her Shunshin is now at beginning of Part 2 Sasuke level.

Yeah I really like this character you've created. Makes me wish it'd happened. In my opinion this Sakura is stronger than a lot of people will give her credit for. When she actually has techniques, well she's a good learner and quite smart in battle so it's less the techs themselves and more how she could use them.

And really fast speed? Chakra scalpel? genjutsu? This Sakura takes a lot of the Akatsuki in my opinion.

Sasori, handicapped Oro, Deidara, Konan and Zetsu from the Akatsuki.

And she'd take out MS Sasuke (Bee fight) and Sage Naruto (if it weren't for those Toad summons & Kyuubi which are just too much)

With these abilities, Sakura is solid mid kage tier. She beats Tsunade, Mei, Hidan, Konan, Zetsu, Kakuzu, possibly Sasori, 4th Kazekage, anyone from K11 aside from SM Naruto+ and MS Sasuke+, any of the kage bodyguards, any of the alliance generals with Kakashi and Gaara being exceptions.

When it comes to base speed, I believe Neji is slightly below base Lee and base Sasuke so it makes little difference. She can still momentarily trap her opponents in genjutsu and blitz them before they break out or punch the ground and proceed to blitz. In other words, fanfic Sakura is pretty OP.
