1) Ηow you came to the conclusion that Hagoromo's brother didn't have the rinnegan by birth.
2)A little off subject, you did learn about the mistake in last chapter, that only Hagoromo had Juubi inside of him, right?

Here's another thought. What if he's also the ancestor of the Hyuga? Imagine, like Hagoromo, his children also split into yin and yang. Yin=Hyuga Yang=Uzamaki. It also goes along with your theory since the Hyuga are also users of sealing jutsu as they use curse seals to keep their order. That would also, according to your theory, connect them to Hagoromo's brother.

@ 1. From what we know, only Madara and Rikudo had the rinnegan, more so I tried to relate it with the Banana Fan.
