I agree with you there. I think thats what is going to happen as well. In the end the difference between madara and naruto as jinchuriki's of the juubi has to be the fact that they are in sync when they are within naruto while the juubi is under madara's control when inside madara. However, as naruto possesses less chakra from the tailed beasts than madara, he will require help from sasuke who would be given the rinnegan and maybe some other power as well as otherwise it would make naruto significantly more powerful than sasuke.
