Indras & Ashuras Chakra will never leave?

So, we can assume that Naruto and Sasuke are now 'best friends' ... and Sasuke isn't evil anymore and doesn't follow Indras way of thinking etc.

But when Sasuke dies, then Indra would just go & find another body .. wouldn't he? And this Brother vs Brother thing would just repeat itself.

So the question is, when will Ashuras and Indras Chakra stop to exist or when will the Chakra of them leave the "Real World" ?

Or will they find their inner Peace when Sasuke and Naruto finally cooperating together? Mhm.
