Not necessary that important in this argument but what you shouldn't forget is that: Naruto wants to capture Sasuke alive, while the Uchiha has no such limitations and can attack with full power and kill Naruto.

Or do you really believe that MS Sasuke could withstand the Rasenshuriken for long? Even if Sasuke uses Amaterasu or Katon against it, he then just gets a burning Rasenshuriken to the face. Raiton naturally loses against Futon, that only leaves Susanoo. Which in turn seems to be the most straining technique on the MS Eyes, likely that Naruto then outlasts Sasuke.

Also Naruto used his Rasengan against the Chidori of Sasuke, think what would have happened if he used Futon: Rasengan.

So sm naruto measured in those standards, if sm naruto were in Sasuke's position he would of died.
