How on earth is that evidence, it just talks about RDS and what it does not once does it mention the identity of the RDS shinigami. Not like it could anyway considering its not had any mention in the manga at all.

The third eye wasn't even her power she STOLE it from the Shinju. So if she is the Reaper/Shinigami it is clear that she wouldn't have it in this form.

The reaper is her form of punishment or penance for all those evil and bad things she did in her life, it would be a fitting end for someone like her.

Well there are enough similarities that the theory can be valid, sure there are differences but if she is the Shinigami then the demon form resembles a cursed version of her living self. Especially the panel which shows only her silhouette gives her a very similar outline to what the reaper looks during the sealing process.

Any character with long hair and a robe would look like that when they stretch out their arms. I'm sorry but any similarity I've seen people draw are purely superficial.

This doesn't really disprove it. Personally, I think it's a cool idea, but my only problem with it is why? What is the point of her being the Reaper Death Seal to the plot.

Orochimaru with a crazy plan is all I can think of, being the only non-edo that both knows the Jutsu and its secrets. But that's not out of the question though either.

What would be the logic supporting this claim? It is a valid theory of course, but you if you don't have proof I could at least demand an explanation.

A few problems here. First, the Shinigami is obviously male. It has no breasts, and it's facial features are decidedly masculine. It has no feminine features at all. Second, the horns of the Shinigami look nothing like Kaguya's, they are an entirely different shape. Third, it's hair is different. Whereas Kaguya's hair is long and straight, the Shinigami's hair is long and somewhat spiky. Finally, it's eyes are entirely different. Kaguya had the Byakugan, whereas the Shinigami obviously does not.

All in all, while the Shinigami might somehow be connected to Kaguya and her children, it's doubtful that she became it. If anything, it might be an ancestor. The Sage was...oddly evasive about where she came from.

Its implied that the shinjus fruit cursed her and she's a hannya demon. Search it up on Google...the hannya mask looks very similar to the death god mask that oro used to summon the death reaper.... Regarding her and the reapers features.... The reaper is skin and bones like a mummy and if you've seen a mummy there's no real difference in the appearance of females and males.. That's why they call in forensic scientists to determine the gender of a mummy...

It is still fully possible that she is and she is not the Shinigami. Though from looks, it does look like she is but if she was then we will need an explanation as to what the hell happen to her.
