How did Sasuke manage to talk to Rikudo?

But Sasuke has no bijous...

Well if you use a bit of logic you would understand that the assumption that you need biju chakra to meet the Sage is completely false.

Hagoromo met Sasuke only because he didn't want to put Indra aside again.It hadn't anything to do with Sasuke himself.
Most probably he wouldn't 've never had showed to Sasuke if it hadn't been for that.

I agree , that's strange , even if their bodies have to die to make the sage appear , how does Hagoromo's soul/chakra came into Sasuke?
Hago sealed his soul/chakra in Indra and Ashura , is the only way.
