No. I think you're wrong. If both of them obtained rinnegan, they will be equal in power as sasuke can use susano with rinnegan and naruto has bijuu's power.

You forgot about Naruto's power with out the Bijuu.

Which includes Ashura's chakra and Sage Mode that made him High Kage level.

naruto will be more powerful than sasuke even if sasuke gets the rinnegan..naruto will have the ten tails power, hagoromo's power, sage mode, lets not forget the rasengan which we've seen in different forms and even if he does'nt have the rinnegan , he still knows its techs more than sasuke does...

Hagoromo told us that Madara achieved the Rinnegan by combining the power of both his sons, which creates the Sage's power.

The Sage is giving Naruto and Sasuke his power so they do not need each other's dna/power inorder to awaken the Rinnegan, because they are getting the Sage's power directly from the sorce.

On top of this, Naruto will also have the power of all the Bijuu, which I believe will keep him above Sasuke's power level.

It does make sense for them to be equal at the end of the Manga, but if Naruto does get the Rinnegan, Bijuu, and Sage Mode I just don't see Sasuke with Rinnegan and PS being equal to all that.

perfect susanoo,kamui,amateratsu,kotoamatsukami,tsukiyomi,etc....any sharingan jutsu solos biju....dat gruesome eye power

Yes Kaguya is the strongest character in the manga, but i was taking about Madara. The current strongest character, and a character that we will actually see feats from, unlike Hagoromo, his brother, his sons, and his mother.

No it is Omniyodon, or Rinbo Hengoku, or that one ability he used against Sasuke that allows him to control the movements of other things inculding people.
