So, todays chapter showed us that Kaguya had a 3rd eye, and that, to me is the final nail in the coffin for the "Kaguya = RDS" theory...

However, it might still be Hagomoro's brother

The third eye wasn't even her power she STOLE it from the Shinju. So if she is the Reaper/Shinigami it is clear that she wouldn't have it in this form.

The reaper is her form of punishment or penance for all those evil and bad things she did in her life, it would be a fitting end for someone like her.
