Kaguya had byakugan and sharingan and from that Hagoromo somehow had rinnegan.

Her third eye kinda looked like the one of the Juubi.. Kinda weird that Hagoromo just stated that she had "sharingan powers" while we've seen the Rinnegan as well.

the byakugan is a seperate eye from the rinnegan and sharingan. The byakugan was the ancestor of the rinnegan or the sharingan. She gained the rinnegan and sharingan from the juubi and did simply had the byakugan before the sharingan and rinnegan and is just a completely different eye all together. The two eyes aren't related, the only thing they have in common is that they were originally in the same person.

You need to focus chakra to activate byakugan, how in hell did Kaguya poses the byakugan without chakra?

Kaguya had a different type of Byakugan that didn't need Chakra. If you look at the recent scans, she has Byakugan but the nerves around her eyes have not enlarged. This happens with the current Byakugan because it uses Chakra. Kaguya's Byakugan didn't use Chakra and thus the nerves around her eyes have not enlarged.
