and it still doesn't change the lvl of the Byakugan's relevancy, nor does it change the relevancy of the ppl who have used it. Just like the Uzumaki are basically a garbage version of the Senju, the Hyuuga are the red headed step child version of the Uchiha. I don't hate them, but i have never seen any reason to believe they were any more important than plot dictated them to be.

I'm not a hyuga hater. In fact, Neji was my favorite character back in part one, but then they slowly began to swindle due to Shippuden and their lack of development. That scan is not only important to the Byakugan, but the Sharingan as well. It's like you only read the word Byakugan and then just skipped to the next panel.
