So far Sakura's only demonstrated the ability to count to 6 (See Pain arc, she says "6 tails, that's more than last time"). She hasn't demonstrated anything else and is basically just a plot device.

And that was in part 1, just like every other character, she got a power up. Now she is even stronger.

Hinata coming from an elite clan still doesn't mean she's more powerful then Sakura.

Sakura has just trained harder with a more powerful teacher (Tsunade>Neji), just like Lee with Gai.

I mean are you that blind of fanboyism, there is no manga evidence that Hinata is a great ninja within the context, all the other rookies defeated multiple more jubi monster then she did, Hinata as powerful a Kiba maybe or Choji.

The Hyuugas had both the eyes AND the strong chakra. Remember... they also have the ability to control the chalra throughout their body using it as a sheild as well as allowing them to block the chakra flow of their enemies via Gentle Fist and the 8 Trigrams

Kishi has done well to finally explain the source of the Hyuuga clan as it seemed he had neglected this for such a long time.

I don't know about that. Kishi usually has these things planned out.

But even though he revealed that wats her face had the byakugan, Kishi quickly revealed that her greatest strength was her usage of the sharigan.

Kishi forshadowed this from the very beginnings of the Naruto series when Kakashi had said that the Byakugan was related to the Sharingan.

The difference being that most people had assumed the Byakugan came after. It is now confirmed it was in existence BEFORE even the Sage himself as it was his mother who had it.

I still feel it i Highly possible that the Uzumakis and the Hyuuga Clans were established through the BROTHER of the Sage in the same way that the Uchiha and Senju came from the Sage himself (hence the emphasis on Uchiha and Senju and path of the S06P himself. The Uzumakis and Hyuugas were always referred to as distantly related to the former: which to my logic would address the existence of the Sages Brother and connection to the Mother; making the descendant Hyuuga and Uzumaki clans 'Cousins' (distantly related) to Uchiha and Senju. Makes perfect sense.

Note the similarity between the Uzumaki Death Reaper to the Rabbit goddess as well as the Hyuuga Byakugan to the eyes she also weilded. Brother of the sage...

I think you're forgetting Kishi established who and what the Hyuga are before he came up with Kaguya.

Lawl, the trolls can't say Sakura is a reincarnation of Kaguya anymore. On the other hand, Kishi did great at establishing this connection. Now it's possible that the Sage's brother had the Byakugan and passed it down to start the Hyuga.
