I was thinking about Sasuke being Indra's reincarnation and wondering could that be affecting his emotions and personality too. If Madara was the inheritor/reincarnation before him, then that explains alot of what we've seen so far. While Madara was dead, sasuke became so vengeful in shippuden. Most of his rationale was lost as he matured, he was consumed by his emotions. Probably something that Indra was also consumed by. Screaming, hurting people who want to help him, using them only to throw them away later, etc. But after Madara was revived, we started to see a cooler, calmer version of sasuke. Back to when he was younger, except that emotion was not portrayed outward so much.

Could it be that Indra's chakra is an influence on sasuke's mental state? Do you think that Indra's chakra was kind of moved back over to Madara since he is now alive again? Or would it not matter? Would that explain some inconsistency in his behavior? If I'm wrong, then meh lol

You're over thinking this. Reflect over Sasukes story again. Imo Sasuke wasn't losing his rational. Yes he was driven by emotion but Sasuke had a venge full heart driven by emotion even from the beginning of Naruto. Now we see Sasuke in a much more calm state. You have to understand Madara is also alot older than Sasuke. Of course he'll be more mature because he didn't recently go through the trauma Sasuke went through.

well madara had died before he was born so wouldn't indra's chakra have been with him since birth? or does it come later in life?
