With all the women hate around here people tend to forget Tsunade is actually an excellent fighter, combined with her healing she can defeat many opponents people commonly overate.
Prime example is Kisame ,he gets rocked by Tsunade.

He also is probably the worst match-up for Tsunade since his jutsu and arsenal all rely on taking away the opponents chakra and Tsunade's healing ability relies on chakra.

Tsunade also has no ranged jutsu and he does.

I've got 0 hate for women. And while Tsunade is an excellent fighter and a superb medic, if she were paired up against many characters in the series, she would lose most of the time. Especially in almost all the scenarios Tsunade wankers put her in (ie. Tsunade vs. Pain. I've see this one and seen it been argued she would've won that).

What can she do against his water dome? Absolutely nothing.
