Prologue​

Vegeta was sitting at his home, it was a long night out patrolling the borders of Amegakure diligently, flying around on Nappa's Bee summons. Not an easy task working the graveyard shift and listening to the hum of a giant bee's wings the entire time. Avoiding falling asleep was the hardest thing about it, well that and Nappa's constant tomfoolery..
Vegeta Vegeta Vegeta VEGETA VEGETA VE...
WHAT?!?!?!?!
....you wanna go to Ihop after our shift ends?
.....god..dammit Nappa...
As you can see, things were not going well for our favorite "Prince". Vegeta was just trying to relax, maybe drink a space lager, or play some NinGhosts on his NinBox 720 and gets some peace and quiet before getting some rest. A long nights shift awaited him, many strange things were going on in the world so slipping was not an option. Getting the proper rest was a priority.
Unfortunately for him, there was one problem...
Vegeta Vegeta Vegeta...
One..obstacle in his path...

One...well you get the point...
VEGETA VEGETA VEGETA VEG...
GODAMMIIIIT NAPPA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
With that, Vegeta points his index finger out, and proceeds to perform a series of strikes, poking pressure points on his own body, putting himself in a self induced coma...
That's...much better....
AS Vegeta collapses to the ground, reality starts to fade. A warm hum, like he was being shocked by low voltage electricity began to flow thru his limbs as their strength gave out...
Vegeta? Vegeta? Vegeta? Vegeta?!...

Sparring Zoro Arc​

....Vegeta......Vegeta.....
*rolls over*grumblegrumble...go away Nappa...
Suddenly Vegeta opens his eyes, and see's that he is laying on a hard, stone like surface. As he looks around at his surroundings, he is stunned in disbelief..he is standing on the feet of the giant Madara statue..a fitting place for one a delectably evil as himself...
It...can't....be?! This is the legendary Valley of the End...how on Earth did I get here?! And whats worse, why do I feel as though I can no longer perform certain elements, and I can't seem to remember any of my customs and whatnot...whats going on here?!?!?!
Suddenly, at about mid range on Hashirama's feet, Vegeta saw a set of eyes belonging to an unfamilar Ninja. Frightful looking eyes to a weaker willed man, but creepy none the less. Vegeta decided this must be a dream, and decided to test his theory...
You, with the hair and stuff...I demand to know how I got here, and I'll beat it out of you if I must...

First Move Arc​

As Vegeta eyeballed his opponent, he was less than impressed. Of course this happened all the time, so it was no big surprise. He decided he'd start things off nice and light...a warm up if you will. HE begins to gather and mold his raiton chakra, gathering and amassing a large amount of lightning chakra to his left hand covering it in a massive chidori as he points his palm outwards towards Yamato..releasing a massive blast that spreads outwards and forwards, becoming huge as it bares down on him...
Big...Bang...ATTACK!!!

Yamato looked at Vegeta in amusement, as he continues to stare at him. The situation made him chuckle, as he continued to casually smoke his cigarette. His expression changed into a serious one again, as he walked toward Vegeta in all seriousness, till he reached mid-range of him. Suddenly, he felt a wave of terror rush through him, as he felt a pure evil presence in front of him. He had underestimated the Prince of the Saiyans, as a drop of sweat dripped through him. There were quite few opponents who managed to make him sweat, as he giggled in excitement! His eyebrows curled in a slanting manner, as he got ready to fight him.

He got visibly shocked as he saw a mass of lightning in Vegeta's palm. Without wasting time, he then gathered raw chakra in his body. Imagining the properties of raw lightning in his mind, he built up Raiton chakra in his body. He then nature manipulated it to lightning. He then gathered large amounts of concentrated lightning in his palm, a very large amount than required for a usual chidori. Using his chakra, he released all of the built up lightning energy in form of huge lightning bolts at an angle of 120º towards Vegeta.

The user can also use the technique to manipulate the terrain and trap the target by wrapping earth round their legs preventing them from moving.

As Vegeta is trapped, Yamato quickly thought of an offensive and he proceeded to gather Doton chakra in his body. Nature manipulating it to Earth, he performed the Ram → Horse → Tiger → Rabbit → Snake handseals in conjunction, manipulating his chakra. He then slammed his palm on the ground, sending his manipulated chakra through it. He then performed shape manipulation on it, due to which the ground to the sides of Vegeta took the size of massive jaws and crushed him like an ant.

As Vegeta see's his lightning clash with Yamato's, he starts to gather and mold more chakra. Suddenly, the ground around his feet wraps around him and then Yamato does 5 seals causing the ground to either side of Vegeta to shape into huge jaws. Vegeta reaches downwards releasing an unfocused blast of electrical current from his body into the ground, nullifying Yamato's chakra and stopping the attack dead in it's tracks...
You'll have to try harder than that!
Vegeta then channels his wind chakra and raises his right hand, and a claw like hand of wind appears. Vegeta swipes downwards from right to left once, and the claw reaches outwards and slashes downwards at the same angle he swiped in slashing and knocking Yamato into the water if if hits him...

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if successful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

Description: This technique is somewhat of an enhanced version of the Beast Tearing Palm. It used chakra to infused with and condense a mass amount of wind to form a massive demonic-like claw extending from the user's dominant hand to strike and grab a target, as well as deflect any weapon or attack. In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.
