Yeah but you still have to have Tsukyomi to use it right?

Nowhere in the manga has it been said the Sage created all doujutsu, Tsukyome could've been something that was created after the Sage died .

Why would Madara deliberately give him a Rinnegan but not let him use basic Sharingan techniques? Doesn't add up

Rinnegan can't use any EMS/MS/Sharingan jutsu

Otherwise Obito would've used both Rinnegans and not just one
