Naruto may not become hokage

I sadly don't think naruto will become hokage anymore. It seems like he will give up the position to sauske at this point.

People say that naruto is the chosen one who will bring peace to the ninja world and break the cycle of hatred. Well, the cycle of hatred seems to be the struggle between the sages sons and their reincarnations, over power. Many (including myself) believe that hashirama and madara were also reincarnations of the sages sons

Now, there is another struggle between power between naruto and sauske both wanting to be hokage. In the past it would have ended with asura's reincarnation taking power and indra's reincarnation being jealous and starting wars. But as stated, naruto is the one who will bring peace and break the cycle. The only way I see this happening is naruto surrendering the hokage position to sauske. He could kill sauske before he causes problems, but that isn't really peaceful, also not naruto's style.

Yeah, I think the same. Naruto could become a man like Jiraiya, who wanders around the world, and Sasuke the Hokage. The perfect ending, imo.

I don't think so because even if he was to have a title bigger then that of a Kage, it just means I wasted my reading those countless panels of him crying about how much he wants to be a hokage. So think Kishi will stick to it.

i disagree naruto will become hokage or w.e new title will be given to the leader of the shinobi world that is what the sage wanted but sasuke must be able to cooperate like the sage thought indra would for example hashirama was clearly more fit to be hokage than madara if madara could have accepted this and cooperated instead of looking at it as a silent struggle the cycle of hate would have ended there but because of the way sasukes life as played out with itachi being his brother and his desire to protect and change the village it is more likely he will cooperate then madatra ever had a chance of doing
