Well, it's real, as it actually animated by the studio that animates the series. But it wasn't in the actual anime. It comes from the game Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations.

Yah but it will be different. Instead of there being a complete fight on its own, there's going to be a flashback in between which will show Madara and Hashirama during their childhood. It's going to be awesome though and it's probably the next big thing in the anime.
