Nagato Mid-Dif. Nagato pretty much predicts all of Sasuke's moves with Rinnegan Sensing.

Did you seriously just make up an ability for Nagato out of thin air? Rinnegan was never said to give sensing, nor can it predict like Sharingan can.

He didn't have Naruto's chakra while making it, and Naruto can't exactly help him form something when he didn't even know what Sasuke was doing.

with the difficulty itachi, bee, and naruto in chakra mode had with an immobile nagato, I still don't think sasuke challenge him. It took the strongest moves those three had to get rid of the planetary devastation, and Sasuke doesn't have the means to seal away nagato the itachi did. Nagato was technically never overpowered

With PS being out of the picture nagato counters everything in sasukes arsenal through preta and deva

Nagato keeps the preta barrier on and uses BT to pull sasuke out of his susanoo if he's not using legged
Even if he does use legged susanoo... It'll get absorbed as sasuke can't use taijutsu once he's inside his susanoo
CQC is suicide for sasuke due to human and asura as well as chakra rods
Sasukes entire arsenal is ninjutsu orientated and is food for preta
Summons and asura missiles jus bring more to the plate
With no PS feats sasuke is also not countering CT seeing as how it required TBB FRS and YM to destroy something which sasuke without PS won't have the firepower necessary

If sasuke shows us PS shockwaves like madara then he can defeat nagato.. But as of right now he doesnt
