I get that Zabuza is ridiculously powerful and that Silent Mist combo is purely broken but I still feel like even a lot of the current generation Kage kill him. You're underestimating Mei horribly, under Onoki she actually has the best chance. It's blinded A and Gaara who have to watch out and a Tsunade who is going to have tricky times with water prisons and the like, whereas Mei has range.
She is accustomed to the Hidden Mist techniques and even if she didn't have some initiative counter she has RANGE. Mei can quite literally spam minor and major fire and water jutsu around herself to make sure an opening is not created. You play Ninja Storm right? Imagine her water combos circling round the arena. With the mere scale and quantity of small jutsu she can use, they'll reach their mark eventually- and then it's over for Zabuza.
For me, he is the definition of a high special jonin. Good points but he remains in the same category as PTS Kakashi, PTS Kabuto, Darui and Kitsuchi. Those 5 are meant to be together.
Mei is nothing but advance version of haku.
Mei isn't good at taijutsu, genjutsu and physical ability while she's only good at ninjutsu .

4th Kazekage is probably one of the worst matchups here because he's a long range fighter while Zabuza is more of a close range fighter. It's just not happening.
Those kids only tried to help kakashi doesn't mean they defeated zabuza because zabuza can easily kill them if he wanted to.
